Mary is a Licensed Associate Therapist and National Certified Counselor passionate about helping adults and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She has completed Level 1 training through The Gottman Institute and specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows her to support clients through both relationship struggles and the impact of trauma.

Mary works with individuals and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication issues, and other common mental health concerns. Her style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—she believes therapy works best when it feels like a safe, supportive space to be fully yourself.

Whether unpacking past wounds, building stronger relationship foundations, or helping you feel more grounded in daily life, Mary's goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow. Mary's approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. She works with adults and couples to help them heal, grow, and build stronger connections with themselves and each other.

Mary practices under direct clinical supervision from her clinical supervisor, Nikole Hintz-Lyon MS, LPC-S, NCC
