  Christina Hathaway, MAS, LAMFT, is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. She works with individuals, couples, and families, helping clients understand and transform the emotional and relational patterns that shape their lives.

  Christina is trained in Post-Induction Therapy (codependency model), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her clinical approach integrates trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and systems-based frameworks, while also incorporating principles from exercise and nutrition science to support whole-person wellness.

  With more than 15 years of experience, Christina specializes in treating body dysmorphia, disordered eating, eating disorders, trauma, codependency, executive burnout, perfectionism recovery, and behavioral change.   She also supports individuals navigating the psychological and emotional transitions of perimenopause and menopause.

  In her work with couples and families, Christina focuses on improving communication, addressing attachment wounds, and helping relational systems move from reactivity and conflict toward greater understanding, connection, and long-term stability. Her work emphasizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health, helping clients build sustainable practices that support both psychological well-being and overall health.

  Christina receives direct clinical supervision at Healing-Spectrum LLC in accordance to AZBBHE statues & regulations for licensure.
